HOSTEL COMMITTEE OVERVIEW

The Hostel Committee is a collaborative body established to ensure a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment for all students. By bringing together management, staff, and student leadership. The committee acts as a bridge to address grievances, maintain discipline, and continuously improve hostel facilities.

Committee Structure

  1. Chairperson & Chief Hostel Warden: Dr. Sr. Joice Maria CMC
  2. Assistant Warden: Sr. Renjitha CMC
  3. Hostel Supervisor: Mrs. Susan Jacob
  4. Student Leadership: Union Chairman
  5. Student Voice: Student Representatives from each batch

Key Objectives

  • Welfare & Comfort: Monitoring food quality, hygiene, water/electricity supply, and general maintenance.
  • Discipline & Safety: Ensuring hostel rules are respected and maintaining a secure campus environment and Spiritual well being.
  • Open Communication: Providing a platform for students to voice concerns and suggest improvements.
  • Community Building: Organizing hostel events, festivals, and recreational activities
