An effective Replacement Committee safeguards college resources, maintains order, and ensures every function ends as smoothly as it begins. By taking responsibility after the event, the committee helps build accountability, teamwork, and respect for shared property.
Objectives
1. Return all used items to their original places as per the checklist
2. Inspect for any damages and report them
3. Identify lost or broken items and arrange replacements
4. Hand over the hall/classroom clean and organized to the next team
